Lasata, my Beneteau First 345

I will be posting various pictures of Lasata, my Beneteau First 345. I purchased her used, from an elderly gentleman in Virgina. Based on the ships log book I found aboard, she has seen some nice trips along the east coast of the USA.

I lived aboard for three years, on the Upper Chesapeake bay. I hope to get her out enough to keep the bottom clean. Evenually I will be cruising the coast once again.

<--- This is Lasata

She is seen here, docked where I found her on the Rappahanok River in Virginia.

This is my salon ---->

A view from my companionway ladder. The flat screen TV/Monitor works great as a way to inegrate Television and Computer monitor needs. This space-saving device was one of the best purchases I've made to enhance my live aboard lifestyle.

Near by Dock after Feb. 2003 Winter storm

These are covered docks. Because I am on a Sailboat, I cannot fit under the shed roof. This can be a good thing, considering the roof fell in due to accumulated snow.

A view of my dock from accross the river.

From accross the river, you can see my boat was not in danger of roof colapse unless it fell sideways. It was interesting, getting off the dock, untill the mess was cleaned up.
